There is perhaps no family of video games on the planet right now that has gained such a massive following as the Guitar Hero franchise, and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out why. Legend of Rock is available on all major platforms and is much more then just an updated game. Although the storyline is minimal, it is important to remember this is not a game that requires much of a story.

Music games are only as good as they sound, however, and Legends of Rock sounds great, especially if you have access to a surround sound system. Just be careful that your neighbors aren't around when you end up going in to "star power" mode, as this game really cranks when you want it to! Graphically, Legends of Rock isn't the most impressive showstopper available, but again, this game is not about graphics or storyline.

In the original Rock Band game, adapted the concept of Guitar Hero and expanded it to include drum sets and vocals. Rock Band 2, for the Wii, brought it to a whole new level and is sure to gain more fans than ever. Finally, Rock Band II allows players to receive a code for their band. By inputting this code on the Rock Band 2 website, players can create additional online content for their band.
